Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 pets allowed, Max weight 35 lb each- One time Fee $275.00 per pet
- Deposit $125.00 per pet, refundable upon move-out
- Rent $20.00 per pet, per month
- Cats - allowed
- Dogs - allowed
Restrictions: Certain aggressive breeds may be restricted. Aggressive breeds may include, but not limited to:
RottweilersChows
DobermansAkitas
Pit BullsPresa-Canario
Cane-Corso
Wolf-hybrids
Or a mix of any of the above breads, and any dog with a history of biting, injuring any person or animal or damaging property
